LOCATION
Kasule parishIt is located in Kegegwa District, 126 Km from the Diocesan Headquarters using the Fort Portal Kampala Road then branch off from Nabingoola centre 5 km inside.

YEAR OF FOUNDATION

The Parish was curved out of wekomiire Parish and was officially opened on 15th August 2013 by Rt. Rev. Robert Muhiirwa, Bishop of Fort Portal Diocese.

COMPOSITION OF PEOPLE IN KASULE PARISH

Majority of the population in Kasule Parish comprise of migrants from other places who have settled after acquiring land. They include, the Batooro, Bachiga, Banyankole, Banyarwanda and Baganda. The population is mainly of subsistence farmers (Peasants); growing Cassava, Maize, Potatoes, Beans and ground nuts.

SOME CHALLENGES IN THIS PARISH

Kasule Parish is a rural Parish and most of its roads are almost impassable during the rainy season with hills and volcanic granite rocks. The area also faces a problem of Water as there is no permanent clean water Source. Levels of Education among some of the people are also low as there are no higher institutions of Learning in the area. 12 out of 17 Church Centers in Kasule Parish are Semi-Permanent built of mud and wattle.
